Started in November of 2024 from our small kitchen in port Melbourne, Lisa started baking cookies, and Will told her she could probably sell them because they're incredible.
Other people agreed and now Lisa Bakes has been baking and serving small batch, handmade cookies, cookie pies and brownies at pop-up market stalls and events all over Melbourne and Greater Victoria since December 2024.
We are so proud to serve our sweet treats that are made with the finest sustainable ingredients and baked with love.
As of right now, you can only find us at our pop-up stalls at markets and events across Victoria, and a limited menu stocked at Barberesso Prahran.
